Keeping It Going
I was texting with a friend about getting into exercise a bit more since they looked like they were about to stop "hard chemo" and move into "easier" maintenance of shorter sessions with some of the harsher parts of the cocktail being removed. I mentioned the hard part is starting and getting past the inertia. Which I know from being shelved for a good part of this year and starting to getting back to exercising. And that will be days where it is a bit difficult, from being tired or otherwise, to get going that day. That was one of those days for me today. Really poor sleep last night - waking up and staring at the ceiling 8-10 times according to my Apple Watch and Garmin. Plus my back was a little bit tweaky - it was time to change my fentanyl patch.
